Product Description
This series of digital transistors is used to replace discrete devices and their external resistor biasing networks. The bias resistor transistor (BRT) contains a transistor with a monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors: a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. The BRT integrates these components into a single device, eliminating the need for these external components. Using BRT reduces system cost while saving board space.
